The Shaolin Monastery is the cradle and center of Zen Buddhism, home of Shaolin Kung Fu. Shaolin Kung Fu is the pearl of Chinese wisdom, which has been passed down through numerous generations by China's top martial artists. To this day, Shaolin Kung Fu is the largest and most famous martial art in China.

Shaolin Kung Fu is first and foremost an expression of a deeper spiritual goal and secondly the pursuit of great strength. The desire for transcendental strength and wisdom is at the core of Shaolin Kung Fu. Shaolin Kung Fu has far-reaching content and numerous forms. It also includes Qi Gong and Tai Chi, characterized as the internal part of Shaolin Kung Fu as low-impact ways to increase flexibility, and build strength simultaneously as meditation in motion.

Shaolin Kung Fu promotes concentration, discipline, speed, and agility and contributes to a solid character through its philosophy.
Shaolin Kung Fu training includes punches, kicks, lever techniques and artistic movements as well as concentration and meditation techniques.

The handling of a wide variety of traditional weapons, such as swords, sticks and lances, is also part of the Kung Fu training for advanced students.
In order to be able to deal with these powers and abilities of a Shaolin, it is necessary to have a firm character and adhere to moral principles such as
