The Academy welcomes students of all abilities, experiences, and all ages from 3 years onwards. As we focus on the training of body and mind, our goal is to inspire and motivate everyone to reach their full potential.

Through the process of learning Kung Fu and the intensive physical and mental challenges, you will feel your strength, flexibility and coordination increasing rapidly. You will burn calories, build muscles, and improve your metabolism. You will feel positive and relieved from stress. Regular training will also allow you to breathe better, sleep better, and to feel an increase in energy all day long. In addition, you will learn to defend yourself, which can be very empowering. And as important as all those physical benefits are, you will also train your mind. You will be encouraged to push yourself further than you have ever thought it possible, building self-confidence and discipline along the way. You will learn to be aware of each moment, to overcome your fears with courage, to respect yourself and others, as well as to remain calm in challenging situations. With continuous training you will strengthen your willpower to achieve your goals so that you never give up on what you really want!

In those groups the focus is on teamwork and learning through play. That way students improve their discipline and ability to concentrate and gain self-confidence, and an understanding of their own body.

 
 

QI GONG/TAI CHI

Qi Gong, characterized as the internal part of Shaolin Kung Fu, shares an extensive history with Shaolin Kung Fu as a low-impact way to increase flexibility and build strength simultaneously. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. It is also known as meditation in motion and is based on ancient Chinese traditions.
