QI GONG/TAI CHI
Qi Gong, characterized as the internal part of Shaolin Kung Fu, shares an extensive history with Shaolin Kung Fu as a low-impact way to increase flexibility and build strength simultaneously. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. It is also known as meditation in motion and is based on ancient Chinese traditions.
